When youre diabetic, they ask you to lose ridiculous amounts of weight. Changing your diet is rough, but on the grand scale of things it's not too bad at all. Best of luck with everything, AM!
 
thanks getfit and peter. first of all, i'm not diabetic...yet. and besides, dieting isn't that all bad...heck, i could even get in better shape and stronger through it. thank you all!

cardio/shoulders/tri/abs

cardio 46 mins on treadmill..mixed slow walks/fast walks/running like fuck and lost 200 cals...as so the machine said...oh well.

felt uber high after getting off machine...and nice too.

I like 3 day splits like this:
mon: chest/tris
wed: legs (this includes squats, calves and any ham excersice)
fri: Back (includes deadlift)

Cardio would go on any other day or after workout.

I like splits like that because you don't workout 2 days on a row.

A bit off the topic can you explain the 'conven stance' you mentioned a couple of post ago.
(Apologies if its been discussed before)

yo 25gauge: conven stance is conventional stance..which your legs are shoulder width...for deads and squats.

actually, it was suppose to be cardio today..but I dunno...felt doing those..so there. the whole 3 km walk involved me going back and forth of places..blah blah blah..tomorrow is rest day
