monday: sore throat and a bad cold
tuesday: fever, major frontal headache, sore throat, cold, cough
wednesday: bad ass cough and mild fever.

it sucks big time. and i'll pass porn for now...lol!

won't lift this week. will start next week and on october 14, i have a glucose tolerance testing. so prolly before i get to that date, will do major ass cardio....wish me luck
 
You seem to get sick a lot, Angry. Atleast once every one-two months. Start taking some multis if you're not already and maybe even 2 Vit. C caps even when you're not feeling sick.

I take 5 vitamin C caps spread throughout the day when I'm sick. I'd do this for 4-7days and I feel much better.
 
yeah, it's weird bro. I get sick easily even if I am taking tons of vitamins, eating a lot and all. maybe the whole lack of sleep catched up and all.
 
Try to get some more sleep in if it's possible. And try taking Vitamin C along w. whatever other meds you're taking. That should help.

it's been 2 days since the "MILENYO" storm has dropped by, leaving us 2-1/2 days in dark..blackout. had a very hard time eating and recovering from my last dose of a bad cough. the storm was awful...awful indeed...very very awful. if you had the time, check the news about it. the storm didn't last long though..but the damage was bad..it is as awful as squatting heavy ass weights and going ass to grass when all of the sudden, your squat suit rips at the bottom....that bad. so far, i've been feeling well and excited to hit gym and..well...work since i've been out of work for a week. life has been tough here. can't sleep at night due to sweat and all that. luckily, earlier this day, the electricty came back and had another news of another storm brewing...bleh. anyways, that is all.
 
tomorrow is cardio/abs/grip day. will keep sleep schedule tight and big ass meals at hand. i'll make a come back...lol!!!

Hope you recover fast, we've all been through downfalls.
And stop this grip and abs bs. Go deadlift!

supposed to be cardio/grip/abs but went to gym and ringo was there and pushed me to shut up and squat. i was feeling nauseous and he is with a damn strong gal.....now we're talking. i wasn't prepared really for squatting....argh. too weak and just not feeling right. sleep is 8 hours and yeah, i am sleeping early

evansss: ringo is the huge block of wall in our gym. he's huge i tells ya and respect to him. i got to talk to him again today at gym while he's doing back and he told me my stance was off during the sldl. we had a discussion and I got his point....a lesson learned. i'll get a vid of him lifting when I had the chance..i believe his sched is this..

i dunno if he does chest on thursday or friday..but i am sure he does legs again on saturday. when asked if it's alright to do legs and back with short rest day, he said, 'why not?' case closed. lol

it's quite fun to yell at him while he's doing heavy ass reverse grip pulldowns..told me to count him off..

overall..i hate chest and i hate myself for being weak. the end.
 
Don't hate yourself angry. Your workouts are heavier than a lot of guys at the gym I workout at. Keep at it and you'll get stronger.
 
Why not try to switch up your rep/weight scheme on flat bench? Maybe something like this:

Build up from there. I dont' know how to convert KGs to pounds, but those are the weights that might suit you better? I think you're trying to jump at weights that you can't really rep out yet.

I LOL!!!! did it for fun and the fact that it's been way too long since i've done those...and by doing it again, i found that it put an unnatural strain to my forearm...BAN!!

goal is to hit 300 or more before this year end on my deads and squat..and prolly a solid 250 on bench with proper form and power
