thanks fender. actually, that's the only thing i could do properly at my old old gym. no, it's not in the vids. it's the very first gym i've lifted on. you can only rely on the bench/bars/plates/and dumbbells only there...really.

25gauge: over my bodyweight?? I don't understand ^^;
 
You're using 200lbs on your heaviest set. Is that more than your bodyweight?

I use that as a gauge for my progress sometimes. Like on bench I want 1.5 x bodyweight for reps. (not there yet) or double bodyweight on deads for reps.
Overhead press standing I would like to get to b/w for reps also.
Just helps me to set some goals. Sorry for the confusion.

thanks winter. actually, i was just suppose to do the box dead alone..but felt like adding racks too..it wasn't taxing at all..I mean the racks...but I doubt i'll be doing this again.

Not bad angry. goo d work. Try adding some more tricep assistance in there. Carefull working shoulder ex resizes on chest day.
 
thanks roccordart440. actually, it was a fast paced workout...did them all under 15 mins because i was in a hurry. there should be a CG bench..but was exhausted from short rest in between sets. btw, in doing CG bench, should i still have my back arched like doing regular benching???
 
ok....i noticed something.....all the back works has paid off really.....drove this yound student wild earlier at the no tell motel. woo!!! that's all
