What do these look like? HAMMER GRIP T-BAR CHEST SUPPORTED I think this is the machine in our gym also. Do you have a vid?
 
it's a machine that has 2 kinds of grip, wide grip and the hammer grip. it acts as a row machine..as if you're doing t-bars..only that your chest is pressed against a pad..so it pulls your back hard and all...though i'm not a fan of it...i doubt i'd be doing any better with bent rows or actual t-bars after those rack pulls. i couldn't get a vid of it for reasons that i can't get people to vid it for me...i'll try though..and thanks winter
 
Alright cool, that's what I thought, thanks for the info. I think they're a decent alternative to BO rows, but I'd rather do real t-bar rows, but my gym doesn't have them. Sorry for polluting your log.
 
nah, it'ws alright, bro. our gym doens't have t-bars too..so i have to adjust...by? well, sticking a bar to some corner and do it. ask someone to step on the end of the bar so it won't move much..
 
tomorrow is legs and i'll be throwing in chest/tri/shoulders too becuase thursday, i'll be off to the hospital and dental things..so no time and there will be blood..

i'm looking forward to 166x20 tomorrow..will bring cam. wish me luck

today's deadlift was a disaster. i shouldn't have tingled around with the stances. got too loose.

the collars that i added was 10 pounds each and yeah, they're that heavy. all these were done ultrawide stance and it felt bad. i shouldn't have deadlifted at all today.

i won't be cardioing tomorrow. family affair. what's my goal..well..get strong, stick with mid weight on deads for form perfection. won't jump to 285 and beyond just yet and i miss doing pullthrus. i know they totally attributed to my deads due to hip movements and core. i'll see what I can do. wednesday is legs.

legs today. didn't bring cam. ok..going to take a major ass dump, rest then go lift. laters. i'm thinking of either doing that 166x20 that I failed last week or try new lifts like zercher or overhand squats..just for fun. laters!

also, on my way out of the gym, I saw a loaded bar on the squat rack and no one was there, then a "trainer" passed by, I stopped him and asked him who last used the squat rack and why the hell didn't he return the plates. my voice was loud! so I went on to unload the bar and return them..then i saw the guy who used it. overall, workout feel great. problem: didn't warm up properly.

I was reading your diet log and it looks like you're eating a bit too little, IMO. That might be a source of your low energy maybe? Try splitting up your meals some more - check the diets in the diet forum.

Also, can you tell me what your routine is like from monday-sunday? I think you're doing too many diff. musclegroups per workout - like on 11/23, you're doing chest/tris/back/traps? You should limit it to chest and tris or something of the like.

Just my 2cents.
