also, on my way out of the gym, I saw a loaded bar on the squat rack and no one was there, then a "trainer" passed by, I stopped him and asked him who last used the squat rack and why the hell didn't he return the plates. my voice was loud! so I went on to unload the bar and return them..then i saw the guy who used it. overall, workout feel great. problem: didn't warm up properly.
