No, I'm only talking about your bench. I think you're going too heavy on your other sets before your 177, that's why you can only hit it for 0-1reps. Just my 2cents.
 
no no bro. i can do all of my sets without probs at all. the 166 is light. but I really dunno why I can't do 177 properly. i'll figure this out

Good job on the bench...how's it feel to break that 200 level? I rem my first time, i was so pumped up about it, i hit it for two reps..hahahha
 
it felt light on the way down but a struggle on the way up. I must do board presses for that. I was hyped too ya know. what Tman said to me kept spinning in my head. that has something to do with me completing that 200 for a rep. the 188 was unbelievably light too..crazy! I'm happy now

the 300s were a struggle from the hole..but once I got it up..it's nothing but up up up. both of them, on top, were long holds..static holds...letting everyone know I OWNED that weight before slowly putting it back down..not slamming it.
