the 300s were a struggle from the hole..but once I got it up..it's nothing but up up up. both of them, on top, were long holds..static holds...letting everyone know I OWNED that weight before slowly putting it back down..not slamming it. I feel happy, sick and high. til now, I'm still high and feel sick.
