got me a sledgehammer (12 pounds)

now, on my way to the hardware, i passed by a beer company truck and it is filled with used kegs. i immediately asked for it and they said no. i offered money and they still said no. they say they don't give it away. wtf is that. dickheads

i like un-conventional lifting/work out methods.
 
because i figured something out man. being overweight, my knees/hips gets beat up during jogging. so I said, hey, i can't be jogging everyday..so maybe alternate something else.
