Good job Angry. I like to cheat a bit on the BO rows by "jumping" a bit when I pull up the weight. The momentum helps the weight up, yes, but I feel more work in my middle back when I do this.
 
i think i'm getting strong from the sledgehammer. always hitting the tire flat, it folds and i have to pop it back into its original shape. it's all good
