Today I wasn't feeling very well before going to the gym. Once there I started feeling strong. Specially on deads and rows.
 
Thanks tman. Back and legs movements continue to progress (Bench is still very poor). I think that my short legs and long arms help a lot with deadlift. :)

No bicep curls today. I had enough from pullups and rows.
 
my hips/back keep flying up first before I could even start the lift and mostly put it there...sumo is the way for me..and yes, i've been hitting abs and adding 10 reps per session I do.
 
That's good deadlifting. I doubt I'll be able to deadlift for a few weeks after my last workout. My back needs more rest, I hope I don't lose too much progress I was just getting up to repping 370~
