Worked out at another gym. I don't know if I got stronger today or weights were different. 2 prs on chest??

60 x 6

BB shoulder press:
110 x 6
121 x 5
132 x 3

Lateral raises:
25 x 14
25 x 13

Today I had a great workout considering the PRs. I don't know if there was a difference on weights or something. Or maybe I finally made come good chest PRs!

your probably getting stronger. nice progress. Do you ever work in incline or decline? i believe decline along with heavy ass dips made my bench go up. nice dips.
