Shoulder felt very well today. I'm glad it's getting better and better. Maybe I'll try very light bench next week.

No spotter today. Only milfs and young chicks at the gym. ;)

Calves:
300 x 23
300 x 20
300 x 16
300 x 16

So I'm starting to hit claves with heavier weights. I need to put some size on them!

Leg extentions:
185 x 12
185 x 10

SLDL:
280 x 12 * PR * dizzy for a min after this!

Weather is too hot today and it makes it very hard to workout. I want summer to finish.

Bw= 174 lbs I feel very well at this weight.

If that's the issue, don't extend your arms completely when you do a pullup then. When you go down on the negative, only go half way down and then pull yourself back up - this will target your lats more without having your bis get burnt out too quick.
 
ncie numbers been seeing your progress. Me and you boy are head to head in the squat department, you are able to squat more 350lbs but i squat 330 with no belt. Deads i lose hands down hehehe. Its interesting because i am the same weight as you and also the same height, just different age im 21 your 28. I love it bro keep it up. Oh whatsy our supplements what do you take? wuts your choice to help your recover?

Thanks adida. I'm starting to bulk again. My goal is to get to 185 lbs in about 7 months.
