If that's the issue, don't extend your arms completely when you do a pullup then. When you go down on the negative, only go half way down and then pull yourself back up - this will target your lats more without having your bis get burnt out too quick.AngryMuscles said:funny thing about pull ups is that my arms get fried first before my lats.
