Chest/lats

Pullups:

Dips:

Shoulder was ok on dips.

Flat bench:
70 x 6 Shoulder had little pain so stopped.

Skulls:
70 x 10
70 x 10
70 x 7

Shoulder press machine:
15 x 15
30 x 12
50 x 11
66 x 10

Shoulder was ok on this machine.

Weighted abs

Today I wanted to try flat bench but it seems I need some more time. Dips and shoulder press machine felt ok so I'm to stay with those.

just do what you can to work around it. it will get better if you let it.
 
Hamm Strength is a brandname of many great machines out there ranging from chest presses(incline and flat) to shoulder presses to tricep pushdowns. They have great machines.

I'm taking it that you don't have any at your gym and that's a shame because I think it could help you work around your shoulder problem to hit your chest a bit more. :(

Good news is that my shoulder is fine after working chest and delts on thursday. Cuff didn't get worse. Just sore muscles.

Did some light shoulder work at the end. It seems light work helps my recovery. Shoulder was ok during workout.
