Weight- 225!!!
Training- Chest/Biceps
Very good workout considering I was falling asleep before I went. I was really tired, but I drank my ritual Extreme Ripped Force, and was ready to go!! I am continuing to get stronger, so I can tell the Test is working. My elbows and Shoulders(which I have tendonitis in both) have been hurting. Especiallt on chest day, but I try and stick thru it.
I started doing my curls differently. I usually keep my arms down by my side when I curl, but this inhibits my biceps to fully contract. I noticed my biceps are lagging behind, even though my arms are big.
So I started bringing my arms up at the top of the movement, sort of like immitating a bicep pose/flex.(I don't know if that made any sense!!)
Flat DB Press- 70x12; 90x10; 110x10; 130x10; 130x8
Weighted Dips- 90x10; 115x8; 115x7
Incline DB Press- 70x10; 90x10; 110x7
Standing DB Curl- 75x16; 95x12; 115x8; 115x8
Standing DB Curl- 35x9; 40x8; 40x8
Comments: I am glad my weight has gone up a little more. Starting next week I am going to up my eating even more(if that is possible!).
Well see if I can't pump out a few more pounds each week!!
