If I had to guess I would say 12-14%.

You might be pleasantly surprised. I think you're in the lower end of that range, 'cause for most guys the love handles start comin' in pretty good by 15%. I don't see any love handle action in your pics.

Training- Chest/Biceps
Very good workout considering I was falling asleep before I went. I was really tired, but I drank my ritual Extreme Ripped Force, and was ready to go!! I am continuing to get stronger, so I can tell the Test is working. My elbows and Shoulders(which I have tendonitis in both) have been hurting. Especiallt on chest day, but I try and stick thru it.
I started doing my curls differently. I usually keep my arms down by my side when I curl, but this inhibits my biceps to fully contract. I noticed my biceps are lagging behind, even though my arms are big.
So I started bringing my arms up at the top of the movement, sort of like immitating a bicep pose/flex.(I don't know if that made any sense!!)

Flat DB Press- 70x12; 90x10; 110x10; 130x10; 130x8
Weighted Dips- 90x10; 115x8; 115x7
Incline DB Press- 70x10; 90x10; 110x7

Standing DB Curl- 75x16; 95x12; 115x8; 115x8
Standing DB Curl- 35x9; 40x8; 40x8

Comments: I am glad my weight has gone up a little more. Starting next week I am going to up my eating even more(if that is possible!).
Well see if I can't pump out a few more pounds each week!!

Training- Quads/Hams
Very good workout. I opted for leg press instead of squats this week. I wanted to give my back a break. I do this super set with leg press. You do 4 sets with a weight that you can get 15 reps with. You do 15 the first set, wait 15 sec., then do another set of 12, the wait 15 sec., then another set of 10, then 15 sec, and a set of 8-10.

Leg Ext- 90x20; 100x20; 110x20(just warm-ups)
Leg Press- 500x15; 500x12; 500x10; 500x10(15 sec. between each set)
Front Squats- 135x12; 185x10; 235x7

SLDL- 135x12; 225x10; 245x9; 265x8
Lying DB Leg Curl- 45x12; 55x10; 65x7

Comments:
Man I love BBQ's!! We had one at work today. Tri-tip and chicken!! I ate a ton of food. Then Sat. we are having another BBQ for my B-day, so more steak!! I am in bulking heaven!!
 
Saturday- Day 42

Training- Delts/Triceps
Pretty good workout. I saw some guys i have not seen in a while. They were trippin out on how big I got.

Smith Military Press- 135x12; 225x10; 245x8; 265x7
Bent Lateral Raises- 30x10; 40x10; 50x8
Upright Rows- 75x12; 95x10; 115x10; 135x8

Seated DB Overhead press- 70x12; 85x10; 100x10; 115x7
1-arm Cable Pressdown- 90x10; 105x10; 120x8

Comments- We had a bbq for my birthday so that was good. the only problem was I did not get all of my meals in. I snacked on what I could, but they were taking their sweet ass time in making the steaks. Plus I forgot to bring any protein with me.
 
Sunday- Day 43

Training- Day Off

Comments- Again it was hard getting all my meals in today. I was busy during the day working on my cars. So I only got maybe 5 meals in.

Monday- Day 44

Training- Back/Traps
Pretty damn good workout. I was sweating like crazy too. I have not gained any strength since I cut out the Dbol. But at least it has maintained.

Bent BB Row- 135x12; 185x10; 235x10; 285x7
DB Row- 110x10; 130x10; 150x8
Pull-ups- 10x10; 25x9; 35x7
Cable Rows- 180x10; 200x10; 220x8

DB Shrugs- 100x10; 120x10; 140x8; 150x7

Comments- Not much to comment on. I for some reason kept forgeting to eat at some meals. It was basically my in between meals, but they add up. I will have to keep on track from now on. Especially if I want to keep gaining weight.

I'd give my left nut for something that works as well as d-bol, except you can stay on it all the time.

Which shoulder press? DB's or military? Cuz I have not gone that much in DB's and that is the first time in a long time that I have done military.
I just don't want you to get them mixed up. Cuz then it would be a big difference!!
