Training- Day Off

Comments: Not much to comment on. I missed a couple 'in between' meals again. I really need to get on top of that again. I am missing out on some weight gain because of it. Tomorrow I am training at the Golds for chest. I will be doing this from now on. That way I will not be stuck with the 130's...I can broaden the horizon!!

I bought a digital camera today. It will be here Thursday. It is a Fuji Finepix 3800. I payed 450 for everything. It is a badass camera, I can't wait to get it!!!
 
Well it is not bad considering I got all the accessories with it. And 450 is the total price, 2-day shipping included.
I could have got it for about $100 dollars less, but there was no return policy, and it would take almost a month to get here. What can I say I am an impatient bastard!!

This was an awesome workout. I worked out at a different gym, one with heavier DB's. I finally got the 150's for Flat DB Press. I was going to just do the 140's, but I felt strong so I did the 150's as well!!

Flat DB Press- 70x12; 90x10; 120x8; 140x8; 150x4
Weighted Dips- 90x10; 100x8; 100x6
Incline DB Press- 70x10; 90x10; 110x7

Standing Bar Curl- 70x16; 90x12; 110x8
Standing DB Curl- 30x10; 40x10; 45x7
Preacher DB Curl- 30x10; 35x9; 40x8

Comments:
I finally got all my meals in. I have to really keep track of this. I noticed the last 2 days my waist has been getting bigger and I am holding more water. I took .5mg of Arimidex tonight. I will take this EOD and see if it helps. If it does not get better in a week, then I am going to start doing some cardio like 3x a week.
I don't mind gaining a little fat, but if it means I am going to look like shit just to gain the weight, then I have to keep it under control.
 
Thursday- Day 47

Training- Legs
Workout was alright considering I was so tired. I was literally about to fall asleep on the leg extensions for my warm ups. It took awhile to get a little momentum going.

Leg Ext(Warm ups) 90x20; 100x20; 110x20
Squats- 135x15; 225x10; 315x10; 405x7; 455x5 (not too bad considering I was so tired)
Power Squats- 400x12; 600x10; 800x8
SLDL- 135x12; 225x10; 255x9; 275x7
DB Leg Curl- 45x12; 55x10; 60x7

Comments-
I got all of my meals in today again. Someone from work stole my container with my ground beef in it!! Fucking bastards. So I was stuck with eating tuna for my 330p meal. I can't beleive some people.

It was a cheap tupperware comtainer and only had 1 serving left in it!!
And it's not like it was even all that tasty, it's all right for me, food is food, but for someone else...I can't see them looking at it and saying...damn, I want that!!LOL
 
Hmm.. well, it is friday.. at my work they clean out the fridge on Fridays.. mebbe the janitor threw it away on accident?

Comments- Not much to comment on. I had my Friday ritual of Boston Market, so that was good. Went to the mall and spent more money than I should have. Other than that, nothing much to comment on.
 
Saturday- Day 49

Training- Day off

Comments- I was supposed to work out today, but my GF was lazy and she talked me out of going. So we bascially chilled all day. We were so lazy, we did not even want to get up to go to the grocery store!
 
Sunday- Day 50

Training- Delts/Triceps
Pretty good workout. I was a little tired and rushed, but wasn't bad.

Seated DB Press- 45x12; 65x10; 85x10; 105x8
Bent DB Lateral Raise- 30x12; 40x10; 50x9
Upright Rows- 95x10; 115x10; 135x9; 155x6

Seated DB Overhead Ext.- 70x10; 85x10; 105x9; 115x8
Lying DB Ext.- 30x12; 35x10; 40x8

Comments- I can tell the Arimidex is working a little. My water has gone down a little. I can tell in my abs and overall my vascularity is better. I am still going to implement some cardio during the week. Not much, just enough to keep the extra fat off.
 
Yeah I am too. Hey Mike what's your favorite dinner at Boston Market? I get the half chicken, mashed potatoes, green beens, and mac & cheese sometimes or else the corn. Pretty good stuff for like $6.

Greek- I usually get the 1/2 chick, Green Beans, and the Sweet Potatoes(my favorite), and Corn Bread.....shit is o so good.
 
Monday- Day 51

Training- Back/Traps
Very good workout. I felt pretty strong thru the whole workout. I was getting pretty intense pumps thru my lats, felt damn good.

Deadlifts- 135x10; 245x5; 365x5; 485x2
T-Bar Rows- 100x12; 145x9; 165x7
Weighted Pullups- 10x10; 25x8; 35x5
Machine Rows- 140x12; 195x10; 240x8

DB Shrugs- 100x10; 120x10; 140x8; 150x6

Comments-
I have not been able to weigh myself at the normal scale, but I can tell that I have gained a little more weight. I think I am up to 226-228 somewhere in there. I ordered some ALA, so when that gets here either today or tomorrow I am going to start taking that. Hopefullt get some of this extra fat off.
