we have some make shift matts for now. lookin into getting the real deal matts as soon as we can find some at a decent price.

Hows the cardio doing w\the rolling? Are you adjusted?

im good for 5 or 6 minutes before i gas. i'm not in a position to do a lot of intense cardio and still train for pling. hopefully over time my body will acclimate by just grappling. we have another 3 hour session tomorrow

after 3 hours of grappling on wednesday i was a little beat up so i called it an early night. went to the sushi bat across the street, filled my belly, then headed to da couch.
 
How is the cardio going? You getting adjusted to the grappling..I remeber that after 4-6 weeks that my body was ready to roll for a long time.

Whats your body weight at; has it been affected by the extra grappling? Also have you added in some carbs since you are now more active?

cardio is coming along slowly. other than grappling im not doing anything cept weight training.

im sitting at 275ish now. ive added a couple lbs since i started rolling. and yes ive upped my carbs by adding in more fruit.

i talked with one of my coach's last night and im deffinately gonna do a submission tournament in the not too distant future. he's got a mma fight coming up soon. its been legalized in nc now so some fights will be held in raleigh which is 15 minutes from me. =0)

Training is going well really trying to get my cardio up via sled and lots of low intesity cardio. My bodyweight is 187.5lbs yesterday in the am and that is completly depleted i have been on 50grams of carbs for the past 6 days. I get to have 3 refeed meals on saturday(probably burger joint, mcds, and sushi)

I will post up some pictures for ya to show off what your routine has accomplished!
