shirted bench
615# x 1, 1" from touching. Strong lockout
615# left arm locked out/right arm barely missed. 1/8" from touching.
one more shirted bench till meet.
opening with 606. i'd rather bomb than hit another 5 somethig in a meet. 601 is the national record. i have hit 6 or more 3x in the gym now. ready to do it in a meet.

squeezing or spreading motions i believe. He said its good for the inner groin i would imagine if you were doing the squeezing and the spreading motion is prolly for the outer hips, am i right PB???

shirted bench, meet opener 606# x 1 (just missed lockout on right arm)
taking this week off to rest up for the meet this saturday. im a little beat up. i'll either bomb out or hit 6+ in a meet. i have hit over 6 a few times in the gym, time to do it in a meet.
btw you guys wil notice odd weights on my #s from now on. we have kilo plates.
