raw flat pause bench. 365# x 5, 365# x 3, 315# x 7
flat db hammer grip 125# 2 x 8reps
low pulley fly thingys 80# 2 x 8resp
tri push downs 150# x 30
front raises db 35# x 10, 40# x 6
side raises db 40# x 10, 6
pull-a-parts green band 2 x 20reps
seated ab machine 190# 2 x 20reps

missed yesterdays squat session, glad to be back in the gym. what a priveledge it is to train.
 
8/04/05 thurs:
deads standing on 3" platform 455# + 165# chains 2 x 4reps, raw w/belt
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 6reps
reverse hyper 270# + 2 purple bands 2 x 10reps
db curls 40# x 12, 50# x 6
db hammer culrs 40# x 10, 6
 
tight, 585 might touch. find out in 2 weeks. 555 next week. 3 shirt sessions plus opener then its meet time again.

my trainer came in but the legs are too long. sending it back tomoorw with my suit as well. a couple of alterations and ill be set for squats and deads i hope. think im just gonna pull in my trainer or maybe add my old single ply inzer over that. wont be long now befor full power is back again.

low box squats 325# 2 x 5reps raw no belt
add/abductors 190# x 25ea.
GHR 2 x 5reps
seated abs 190# x 20, 205# x 20
sled work 180# front and back

squats and deads will be on cruise control til after this bench meet.
 
8/09/05 tues:
close grip (pinkie on ring) pause bench 335# x 5, 350# x 5
flat db hammer grip 130# x 6, 9
low pulley fly thingies 90# 2 x 8reps
cable pushdowns 150# x 35
front raises slim blue 2 x 10reps
side laterals slim blue 2 x 10reps
pull-a-parts green 2 x 20reps
 
8/11/05 thurs:
deads 3" below knee 675# 4 x 1reps raw w/belt (working on form)
bent over rows 405# 2 x 6reps
GHR 2 x 5reps
reverse hyper 270# + 2 purples 2 x 10reps
db curls 40# x 12, 45# x 8
db hammer curls 40# x 10, 45# x 8
truck/trailor pull 2 trips.
