YUP PLATZ gotta love sets of 50 reps on squats.

hey i gotta have some sort of motivation to get these legs moving :-)

deads 2" below knee, 606# x 1, 716# x 1, 749# x 1, belt only
reverse hypers, 270# + 2 purple bands 2 x 10reps
45° hyper w/strong blue band 2 x 20reps
seated cable rows 300# 6,5
no abs, still sore.
 
9/23/05 fri:
5 bd press w/dbld bands
135# + purple x 3
135# + purple + monster mini x 3
add shirt
135# + 2 purples x 3
135# + 2 purples + monster mini x 3
135# + green + purple x 3
135# + green + purple + monster mini 2 x 1reps

got crushed last week by this tension. wasnt even gonna try it this week but they talked me into it. according to the chart and with our measurements its 717 at lockout.

rotator work 25reps ea.

skipped squats and core work monday as i have a push/pull meet this weekend.
 
10/01/05 sat: push/pull meet, Granite City Bar Bender Mt. Airy, NC
bench: 605 good, 625 nope, passed on third attempt
deads: 700 good, 740 nope, 740 nope

notes: had grip probs for the 1st time. 700 almost slipped out and the 740s were on the way but slipped out. Been slack on grip work the last month and it showed.

i weighed in at 304#
