I think we were surprised how low the bar went. Flare the elbows out and the bar went all the way down for all of us, I think.blackbeard said:how did you find the groove of floor presses?

ive only done them a few times a long time ago but if i remember right it seems to be it would help a bencher with a higher groove?

chuck lifted in the 275s. he was thick. totaled high 2400s.
