Well things definitely seem to be looking good. I'm still lifting off for you in the Motor City, right?
 
BB im doing about 10% of the volume i did last time. so far so good. ill try somethign abit diff for the sept meet and see how that goes as well.

DB if they let your ass in the building ill let you hand off to me in the warm up room on my 135 warm-up. :D

just picked up an inzer dd cheap just to try out a denim
if all goes well i think ill have to buy a karins crawford/MM shirt somewhere down the road
 
i ditched the inzer rage x. no lockout power for me. kk all the way now. after this meet illl either get a new kk or get her to take up the chest plate. its the original style shirt with a big chest plate, 13" the rage x was 8".

45° hypers w/green band 2 x 15reps (1st time doing these, felt good)

low cable pulley adduction 70# x 20

PB, use the 45 degree hyper to do deads. You have to use 25 lb plates and reset each rep, just keep the bar out in front on the floor. It will hammer the shit out of your glutes.
 
thanks ill give it a try. just picked it up from the shop today and took it to the gym. gotta get the RH modified some more then gonna take it too the gym as well. drop it off tomorrow.

my hammies got fried big time. very nice.
 
PB how did you set the band up with the 45*
i did these tonite myself lol.. just wrapped it around the base then uplled it over my head but use my elbows to hold the band back a bit and add some more tension
 
i'll get a clip of mine up. i was gonna tape it tonight and left the damn camera at home. =0l

i had band attachments welded on the base supports. i put a towel around my neck, the band on that and pull away.

you can choke the bands down as much as you need to for more resistanse or add bands. use heavier bands, whatever........

im having band attachments welded on the RH too.

How do you like the bands on dumbells? Is that something you have been doing for a while.

i like them. hadnt done them in while til last week. they thouroughly smoke the tris. plus my gym only has the 110s. so some help was needed. i posted a clip from last weeks fiasco, 80s plus the greens. went up to the blues+80 for 1 set, tough.
