reverse hyper 360# + 2 purple bands 2 x 10reps
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 8reps
wide grip face pulls 240# 2 x 8reps

shirted bench 557# 3 x 1reps
raw 4 board 430# 3 x 3 reps

and yes blackbeard i touched all of them and used a press comnmand. =0l

slighlty overtrained on bench stuff. only one bench day next week.

its my same ol one i had for years but she let it out 1" in chest plate. i hadnt loaded it up yet though, still wearing it very high. it defiantley lost some pop by letting it out. but at least i can touch i it. i touched 540 for 3 x 1reps last week.

im 7 weeks out now. i think its sposed to be 573 for 3 singles next week if i do shirt work.

one of these days im gonna get a new shirt. =0l
 
her shirts are the heat if it is fitted properly..

lets do a call when ou measure yourself to make sure its correct. couple little tricks to it that she dont have posted on her website.

either next week or week after. ill prolly only squat 4 times or so in full gear for my next meet.

my focus is on deads right now. im on a mission. :D

notes: this ended sort of a deload week for bench work. skipped tuesdays raw work and did an abbreviated routine toinight.

2/17/06 fri:
sumo deads, full gear, singles
606#, 672#, 722#, 755#
45° hypers w/#5 + #3 bands 3 x 15reps
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 8reps

used hook grip on 606, 672 and 722. it slipped out near lockout on the 722. so i switched to over/under and pulled the 755. no thumb pain on the pulls. ill talk w/steve and travis in ohio and get a few more pointers on proper hook grip technique. but they (thumbs) is finally dead. :D
