mister 69 just got my shirt back and had it let out a little. it was too tight. :D

wasnt aware that a shirt could ever be too tight... you jsut need to work the lockout :insane2:

unfortunately the judges at meets are kinda big on the bar touching your chest before you get the press command. =0l

shirted bench 540# 3 x 1reps
raw band 4 board 135 + light band x 3, 135 + average band x 3, 135 + average + MM x 3
plate pinches 4 sets w/25lbs, 1 set w/35lbs.

notes: first time in altered shirt (added 1" to chest plate) so I worked on form and touching. touched all three 540 singles. I'll order a new shirt with these measurements except the chest plate will be 1/2" smaller.

You use the total end tips of your fingers for these or the side of the tip of your fingers (where they take your fingerprinter). Either way...damn. If you can do this with 35lbs, then I'm not surprsied your grip is getting better for the deadlift.

nice pb, i am actually doin some light stuff for this week and mabey next week but i will see how i feel. Then its time to go bak to the basic lifts and hit it nice and hard again

flat raw paused bench, ring finger on rings 365# x 1, 405# x 1, 425# x 1, 455# 2 x 1reps (needed just a touch mid way on the 455#s)
flat paused db bench 120# + average (#4) band 2 x 6reps
low pulley cable fly 50# x 20
seated ab machine 90# x 100 (still nursing tender ab)
pull-a-parts strong (#5) band x 20
side laterals light (#3) band x 10
dbl handed front raises average (#4) band x 10
grip work static holds dbl overhand 405# x 2sets
static holds hook grip 405# x 2 sets
