squats full gear singles, 617# + 165# chains, 650# + chains, 694# + chains
leg press w/narrow stance 1160# x 15
ad/abductors machine 255# 20ea.
cybex back attack 305# + dbld #4 band

with the lower weight im a tad high. ill up it again next week so i should be just right.

the suit fits tight in the legs, hips and ass. its a little loose in the ab area. it still locks up pretty quickly. the briefs hit pretty good til i lost the weight, all they do now is make the suit tighter. i have had them altered 3 times. no mas.

this will be my last meet in this suit and trainer fo sho. once i get down to 285 or so ill get fitted for a leviathon.

not really. ill set it after my last couple squat workouts. havent trained my sqaut much since my last meet so im not sure where its at. opener prolly be low to mid 8s.

maybe next week before heading to ohio. ill miss next weeks shirt day so it makes snese oyt go havy on raw day that week.

for some reason 500 is in my head now. =0l

im sure 455 is not a prob if i dont pause it. i been using a big pause on raw bench work lately.

we'll see what happens. biggest thing is protecting my shoulders, they are fine after a few years of trouble so i definatley dont wanna srew um up again cause of being all macho and stuff. but it is tempting. :D

ghr 5x5 nice rep scheme. Did that fry your back? Do you find it better than 2x20?

Once this injury is 100% healed I will def be giving sumo deads a shot.

i normally do low reps on the ghr. it smokes my hammies.
