3/06/06 mon:
squats full gear, singles w/165lbs chains
617# + chains, 727# + chains
no chains, 727# 3 x 1reps
leg press 1340# x 20
ad/abductors 255# x 20ea.

wel its official, my suit and briefs are way way too big. it's like squatting raw. i called to order new gear tonight. btw i was 289 this morning.
 
3/7/06 tues:
raw paused flat bench 365# 2 x 5reps
paused flat dbs 150# x 5
incline bench 225# x 5
low pulley cable flies 60# x 15
pull-a-parts #5 band x 20
 
you need lots more sets and lots more reps.your not doing enough!just some advice roccodart gave me.i thought i would pass it along.just remember it's coming from i guy who hasn't posted 1 single squat session at all,and 10 bench sessions!

i do them maybe once every 2 years. :D

they hurt my shoulders. thats why i stopped at 225.

i normally do singles for paused flat bench. kyle was like wtf are you doing when i did 2 x 5reps tonight.

sumo deads full gear, singles
716#, 766#, added straps 804#, 826# (miss)
ghr variations 3 sets
seated face pulls 240# x 10, 255# x 6

notes: pulled hook grip up to 766. added straps cause i didnt want to miss the 804 cause of grip. i had to know if i could pull it. it went up nice and steady, i had more left. the 826 never had a chance, i set up too quickly and never pulled the bar up to my shins.
