meet is april 1.

1000 is definatley doable. dont know when i'll try it though. it wont be at this meet.

my next meet after april 1 is august 12. im sure itll will be attempted in training for that meet.

1000lbs. from where i am standing that is crazy weight.

just hold it in yur teeth and look into the mirror while you do it..lol

well when you hit let us know! that will be a sick number to see in your log. would a grand be the most you ever squated before? i know that sounds silly. but still. :insane2: you may have hit it before when you were younger.

there is no mirror

nope 925 was a pr on squat for me.

flat raw paused bench 315# x 1, 365# x 1, 405# x 1
2 board paused 405# x 4

tonights workout was just to get some work in without going to hard. 11 days out today
 
in my county.go to 100%raw and you can get the specifics.it's at a church called jarvisburg church of christ here in currituck.about 2.5 hours from ya.come check it out if you can.i'm sure it will be videoed and i can get you a copy to get up on the sniff.

BTW i am loving those board presses

i was sposed to compete april 1 but unfortunately it didnt come to pass. i was disapointed to say the least.
