pulls from just below knees, conv stance, 715# x 4, belt and straps
db shrugs, 150# 4 x 15reps (nice grip work too)
seated band rows, v handle, 2 x 10reps
ghr variations 3 sets to failure
hips, inner, outers, front and back w/bands x 20reps ea.

1 arm db snatches, 90# 2 x 6reps ea. arm

btw we set our chains up on squats so there is about a 55% deload at the bottom. we dont bunch them up but rather have the weight gradually increase as it comes off the floor.

My buddy played d2 football and went over w\me the chains etc--he loved em.
