curious, when you set up your chains, do you make sure a couple links are always on the floor, even at the lockout (thats what i do)?

or do you have the chains off the floor completley at the top/lockout?
 
all chains are off the floor with the exception of one. we have 5 per side.

we used so many bands tonight i cant begin to explain it. we have some pallet bands that we mixed in which are similar tension to the mini bands, as well as some smaller ones. we keep adding tension ea set until you cant complete a set of 3 on the 4bd then you move down to the 3 board and repeat the process.

vids to follow tomorrow. crazy band tension. i dont have all the work sets but a few so yall can get the idea of what we are doing. 135# bar weight.

btw i used a rage x tonight that i had altered to fit me. totally different than the kkdd i been using the last 4 years. i had three shirts altered to fit me, 2 poly's and one dd, so ill have to figure out which one is gonna work best for me in the next 7 weeks before i start my 5 week pre-meet straight weight training.
