BTW the squats were beautiful---i am all pumped up now ready to go backt ot he gym and do some free weight squats lol

sumo pulls againt bands, 135# bar weight, 9 x 3reps
kept adding band tension each set til i reached failure.
db shrugs/grip work, 150's 4 x 15reps
seated cable rows, narrow grip, 300# 2 x 8reps
ghr variations 3 sets to failure

i have no idea how much band tension i was at when i failed. 6 dbld bands per side ranging from 1/4" to 1" bands.
