what happened to kyle on the dead?? saw his left arm popping toward. damn

also, the gym proposal. that ur friends?
 
kyle detached his bi on that lift. 6 months til hes 100%. had surgery ast week.

and yup those are some friends from the my gym. very nice folks
 
Ncie pulling in that last meet. Too bad about kyle. I tried your microwave trick and it worked like a charm. I wish you guys were still going to pennsyvania in november.

nice lifting big guy. Im sure this was answered in a previous page, but why the grappling?

evan started the grappling seveal weeks back for conditioning but have caught the bug now and will start competing in the spring.
