bad shoulder the cort shot didnt hold as long light for awhile on chest day.
 
yeah.it is f ed up the only thing i can do is cut i guess.i cant sleep sometimes.if i keep it light it's cool but even the last workout hurt.so it might be db's for awhile or nothing.

havent been able to get to the com for awhile.ever since my last workout i've been off.tomarrow is a back bi day.the shpulder feels a little better since i have not lifted in 7 whole days.
 
dont feel bad about the shoulder injury, I tweaked my right glute last week and have to take this week off legs and deadlifts.

I am still doing rows etc and chest\shoulder tri work, but no core work and no squats i am so damn pissed, but the way its going next monday is leg day :-0

glad to be back online.thats about all i did besides eat durring the holidays.legs later today.

bleachers
walked up and down the highschool bleachers with some friends.about 20 mins worth with a metal pole filled with sand about 85-90 #'s my calves are tore slam up.
wind sprints another 20 mins worth.
went and hung out with some guys that do alot of contact grappling stuff they pretty much put me through the ringer with endurance shit,but it was fun.

real deep squats felt extremely heavy for some reason.the extentions were something i hadnt done in forever and the burn was crazy.
 
it's screwed if you notice i havent done much in the way of getting the shoulder to involved.i'm gonna try some light stuff today seeing as it isn't hurting right now at this very moment,but as soon as i try it will proally go to shit.i went to the doc on monday he wouldnt shot it up again we gonna take one more mri and then more than likely it's the knife.i'm ready though it has been bothering me now for awhile.i just hope it dont keep me down as long as my other shoulder.

took a good while to warm up and pain was better than last time and feels like it's more in the biceps tendon than before it was more local to the front of the shoulder.the close grip takes alot off so i can atleast get that done and the weight was good for me didnt really take anything off cg.

yeah i got em.i was thinking maybe take 17 to 64 straight into raliegh then 40 to 70.the directions i got take me 17 to 64 to 95 in rocky mt.then to 70.just seems with all the new bypass' it could be quicker to go straight shot.anyways the mapquest says it's 190 miles from my front door to the meet.i can get that done in 2.5/3 hours easy.

got my home com straight had to have the house rewired due to about 10 inches of rain.now it's on.started a diet today had to refocus a little.i will be doing some cardio too about 3 days a week for 30 mins on the eliptical.avg about 500-700 calories.
