if you noticed that's a basic pl routine that pb has stickied in the do deads thicken waist thread.i just changed it up a lil',but for the most part thats what it is.when it comes to cruise or deload i just take time off.it's real simple cut'n dry!you should've seen some of the shit i used to do makes me laugh sometimes!

Some of the stuff i used to do was retarded. I stick to the PB routine as well and it flat out works....and after 8 weeks i am usually beat up..so i listen to my body and take some time to do some light weight stuff.

well it's been a week since i've trained and the antibiotic has finally kicked in good.so tommarow i will be back at it.sleeping all day today was good.i'm gonna be doing some new stuff to get my bottom end up on my squats and deads.lots of pullin off plates maybe try sumo and paused squats way low.i have come to grips with the fact that after going to an apf meet and watching and looking over some vids my squat is not nearly deep enough and i'm not ever listening to the people i train with again.they suck and i wish i had good people to train with!

all done to about 8-10 inches from my ass to the floor set the pins in the rack came down and touched paused a second then back up.not paused on the last was enough to go that low and get back up.

i was actually stronger going that low than i thought.what i thought was low was not even close.i'm giving myself a squat intervention!the shoulder is actually feelin pretty good today but i haven't used it in awhile.the good thing is i'm not going to hurt it more than it is so until i get some leave from work i''m gonna keep it the way it is no real choice.

shoulder felt pretty good after a good time warmin up.suprised how good it actually was.i added some extra fats and msm to my nutrition+sups it might be hlpn.atleast i'm over 300# again!
 
nice work Pretty Ricky. i like msm, i havent used it in a while, i have just been using a lot more fish oil myself. however nice work man.
