that's impostant. dont wanna be bending all the way over to get it off the floor.

a 13" box is about 2" below parallel for me.

135x4+2 assisted

Weigthed Dips:
20x12
20x10

215 1RM!!!!!! Yeah baby that was fun, 225 is a mental thing for me, I mean who fails twice and comes back to do 10 lbs less with ease? I had big trouble with the start of the heavy lifts. I am not used to having to unrack 225... I think if I tried again next week I would get it. One more month and I try agian... then I video so y'all can tell me if it would count in competition.

instead of using 2 plates per side use one, a qtr and 2 tens. its a mind game so it dont look like 2 plates. sounds silly i know but years ago thats what i did to get 3 plates. they had me psyched out but thats what i did and it worked.

or if you gotta a GOOD spot do some heavy negatives with 275 for a few weeks and then come back and try 225.

I was thinking of doing exactly that...

Good form for first 4 on DL today, I was pretty happy. Starting new exercise T-bar row instead of cable pulls.

Too Depressed to weigh myself

Pause Squat:
Who Fuckin Cares withthat form

Leg Press:
6(45)x3
6(45)x3

No workout partner, no call, nothing... just didn't show. Form was all fucked up. My back was totally rounded while doing squats. I had a bad injury when I was younger and I aggrevated it last week. Couldn't keep the arch in my back too save my life... as soon as I unracked 95 lbs my back went from arched to rounded. This has always been my problem... if you look at the vids I posted in the training section you can see it looks like I am leaned over from the start (this is because the arch in my back is gone). I'm not sure if this is a strength issue or if I should learn to lift with this problem instead of trying to correct it. I am starting to freak, my squat is way behind the rest of my lifts!!! :soap: :wallbash: :redhot:

Upright Row:

So the 215 was not a fluke, thats cool. Back to my regular routine of 185x6.

face pulls kick ass. You can do them on the lat pulldown and the seated row for variety.

you got a hyper extension?

face pulls work. pull aparts.

Got a link to face pulls? Should I put these in on back day or after leg day?

Very happy with form on DL today, however both me and my workout partner had shit for energy... they turned off the air at the gym and it was tough to breath. I like finishing with the T-Bar rows, they roxor!!!11!

OK Squat form was bad, but box squat was awsome... next week I start with Box Squat and then do normal squat (and get a vid so I can get some feedback on form). Again no Lifting Partner (I think he needs to be replaced). Hypers were hard, kind of hit one side more than the other? On a side note its awsome to see how far down I have to scroll to get too my own log... good work PB on getting the log section pumped up... from HST too PBs workout there all here!!
