a 13" box is about 2" below parallel for me.

or if you gotta a GOOD spot do some heavy negatives with 275 for a few weeks and then come back and try 225.

Good form for first 4 on DL today, I was pretty happy. Starting new exercise T-bar row instead of cable pulls.
