Nice work. The cramping might just be because you're tightening your asscheeks so much when you're lifting heavy. I get it sometimes when I bench too.

You were pulling as heavy as you could and obviously had some massive clenching. No big deal. I was getting some ass cramps pounding my girlfriend tonight after doing squats. It happens.

Does your gym have a machine hacksquat? If it does and your back is outa whack, use that instead of regular barbell squats. My legs have gotten much stronger from hack squats than regular squats.

right ankle stinged like fucj earlier when I was randomly jumping up stairs..ya know..jumping 3 steps because you're in a damn hurry. It hurts like fuck..made my limp x.x

also knees are feeling a bit spasmic ....but at random and rarely.. x.x

right calf still stinging.
