work...

brought the aero band to work and tied it down to my chair. Now I can do some side lats, front lats, shoulder presses, curls and reverse curls at my own leisure. This will so pawn work..LOL!

note: while I was doing the 200x5, the pimple on my right cheek popped and well...bloodbath...I feel cool. too much pressure I suppose. also, could have gone farther with the 220 on reps...but didn't...felt a very sharp pain on my right calf..old injury...
