I asked the trainer to spot me and he did..in a not so nice way. He was holding the bar. As I go down, ass-to-grass, I fucking had a very hard time lifting it up because it is damn heavy and I was locking out already. he pulled me up and finished the rep. I almost fainted. After that, he scold me that I shouldn't be doing heavy sets with full squats and just stick with partial squats and need belt and all and bouncing the bar on my traps when I unload the bar. the reason for not doing full squats is because of the lower back thing..saying it will fuck it up and stuff...if so, then why didn't he scold me when I was lifting 220 for 3 reps??
I know it's a bad thing to pump the bar when loading it to your traps. that's my bad..but squatting partial?? hell no.
other thing, both of my calves where bothering me every time I go down..making it almost weak..I dunno...maybe a nerve pinch or something.
