LEGS/CALF/ABS/BI/TRAPS

the last rset felt weird...but I nailed it easily..but felt really weird on the bottom. oh yeah..my calves are really bothering me on the way down and up. it emits ticklish sensation..makes me weak. I need a calf wrap. any suggestions?
