note: my bestfriend just started working out with me and that's good for the recording. He'll be my student..cool. the bad thing is...he's too stiff...maybe because of his lordosis(inward curvature of the spine) making him unable to squat/pullthru properly. any suggestions?? i'll be posting his clips up tom
 
Good work & nice PR. If your friend has a bent spine, its best that he ask his doctor if he can squat or do any of those kind of movements.

manowar: yeah I know...gotta stop doing that twice a week.

Winter: true..though he is freaking stubborn..I told him go to doctor..ask about weight therapy..if approved, i'd help him
