note: ok. the once not so bounceable plates in our gym is now bumpered and i am sure the plates are a lot heavier. so I suppose my lift today is more than it should..though i dunno how much to add. i'll take vids tom for back

nice job...i just can't do the sumo stance..feels really akward to me but good job!
 
after watching the clip...i think you definately have more in you...i'd venture to say at least another 25-30 lbs. Good form. My setup involves me just walking up with about shoulder width stance reaching down with head up and lift...different from yours but i'd say it probably takes a little to setup the sumo stance..again, good job!
 
then you're pulling conventional, bro. I'm still working on that form. maybe i'll pull conven next week and i'm quite happy to break in the 300 before this year end. was a goal of mine. thanks for the compliment. sorry for it being dark
