went over to ruel's place and did some cardio at some park...iliterally suck

jogging: 4:40 minutes

then i simulated a box jump on the stone table over there, which is on my belly..and i did it standing up. not pleasant.

then when we went back, ruel asked me tohelp him with the stack of comic books.. it's really a long story, but i end up doing lots and lots of things. i'll take vid of the place/comic books next week.

then boxing time. we managed to set up the punching bag that I bought and well, i'm quite surprised that punching isn't that easy at all. ruel then taught me some basic foot jabs, roundhouse kicks and they're quite difficult to do.

after all that, i'm fucked. almost no rest with the events for the whole day...now i'm having a headache

Boxing is not easy. U need to get the cardio up to be produtive :druggie:
 
indeed mulligan!!! i'm very eager to get it up ya know. after my last lift this tuesday, i'll be concentrating on cardio/boxing!!! quite intersting

imagine a room, filled with a piles of tied stacks of comics. there were ....almost 1000 or more of them...all different sizes. now, me and my friend that to bring as much as the other room can hold amount of comics and well...it's was gruesome. i was suppose to take vids of it, but since our hands got very dirty from the dust bunnies, i didn't do it. well, i'm uploading an edited version of our lil boxing session earlier today. enjoy. i find it very funny. honestly, we're really laughing with ourselves during that session..nothing serious....really.
 
oh sorry for straying off from your question: the comic stacks vary in weight since some are stacked more than the other...they're not THAT heavy, it's just that there is so many of them. i can single arm upright row an entire stack without prob...it's almost like cleaning it. it's just the quantity that fucked us both. after it was said and done, we managed to get only 1/4 of the entire pile into the room.
 
got a good bargain off some protein powder, buy 1 take 1. that's good enough for me. i'm really thinking about this Tuesday, ya know. I can't help but think how I'll go about my lifts. i keep thinking how I would look under the bar, how I would feel, what I would be thinking at that time..i'm like that.

that's good Angry. Get yourself ready. You maming sure to get enough sleep? Take good care of yourself and get some rest and eat! Hope you hit your goals ++.

ANGRY I have some comics I need to sell, how do I go about finding out what they are worth? :druggie:
 
the thing is mulligan, the comics that we stacked are from a failed business. philippine comics expecting to be a big success but turned out a major flop. so, the manufacturer over printed thousands of copies and now they're useless...just a big ass stash of paper! so mulli, i doubt i could help u with that. i myself have no interest in comics..except porn.

thanks aczech! can't wait to take a time off. really burned out already and injuries are slowly catching up. knees, elbows, back, wrist, shoulders, calf.
 
pain looks like it's coming from joints...maybe time to take a week off and get some glucosamine with msm and chon...i take three-four of those if my joints feel sore...pain disappears, and is gone for more than a day.
 
well, it's nighttime and in a while, after eating whatever I have too, i'll be sleeping early, then hope for the best tomorrow. this is serious for me!
