off 1 month, concentrate on cardio, punching, pushups, sit ups, blah blah blah calisthetics or whatever you call that. all in all, only deadlift was accomplished
 
nice job on the deadlift's angry. Just remember..when you come back after a month..start off slow
 
i know how it will go bro. the took off was a major ass fail already and i'm doing a competition type lifts....yeah..crazy me. ah well. i'll get it right next time. thanks bro!
 
well, i can't get conventional pulls right...but next month, i'll be pulling that way..ya now..to mix things up and gonna start sumo squatting too. nothing wrong. would be fun
