Not the best split if you ask me. Legs and back are both very large muscle groups and you can't possibly train them fully in one session. You need to be doing deads, too and you can't after squatting, at least not effectively.

Maybe something like this:

Chest/Shoulders/Tris

Quads/Calves/Hams

Back/Traps/Bis

I see. Well, I didn't say doing deads during legs day..just some rowings and stuff..no deads..maybe a gm or 2..

while on back day..maybe some box or leg presses...*shrugs*

and about the spotter..that's the thing...people in the gym don't know how to spot. They'd bear hug me all the way up and down..even though I say don't...fags!

Winterlong: Not really. I was resting a bit and goofing around. Wondering if I could hit it. SO went on and packed on the pounds. It actualyl felt easy. so yeah..did only 1 rep squat
