I dunno..I'm being killed by my morning sched and fucking not getting enough fucking sleep at all. It's 6am - 2pm and mind you that when I get home..usually around 3-4 pm, I can't slepe because I'm not used to such sched x.x

and some other thing that I can't rem but he was really discouraging me to box squat and just hit ass-to-grass squat and make my additional poundage gains there...

the reason I can't get my chest workout right is because I am scared...scared that the BB or DB might fall on my face or neck or something..killing me...

ok..so from now on...there should always be someone there when i'm benching..that is all
 
work out looks good Angry..and fcuk that Trainer guy...if you wanna do box squats do em'...who is he to tell you not to do them? are they helping you? then keep it up!
 
box squat really fucking helps me a lot....it helps my posture and everything to go ass-to-grass bro!

I might start buying boards and stack them up for boxes..because that would be better since I can easily add or decrease by an inch if I will..rather than fixed box(benches and others)

oh he's the type of trainer that you will never ever see a glance of his legs at all...no matter what day it is at the gym..

went to gym a bit late to closing time..my bad

I use to do this mistake but PB set me right.Good job angry :druggie:

I used to write down my liftings not counting the bar's weight. Then I found out that everybody was counting the bar's weight. Very nice... all # went up!
