also, the girls at our gym is hastening their weight loss due to summer time..and well..beach..show off of bodies. same goes with those big guys...big guys means those bulky muscular cuts..toning down...wanting them cuts. i notice them doing tons of reps..mostly lightweights. i'd go to the beach with my belly hanging out!!!!
