210x3 <--4th rep failed. when I decided to drop it, ringo, the huge guy and who I respect and get respect from, didn't allow me too and instead spotted me somehow.

note: also, he said that i'm strong and he wouldn't be surprise if I out lift him in the future, just that my technique is wrong. so he thought me how to properly breath during squat. i enjoy his company really.

it's not that i'm being a sychopant or anything. i help around his lifts...yelling...putting plates..returning them and stuff. i'm earning my respect. so after squatting with him, with me on 210 while he goes 365 and beyond, he offered me to squat with him every tuesday, which is my squat day too. so yeah..i'll be going beyond numbers now

ps: squatting with someone who goes beyond 300 is scary and encouraging at the same time. true, i was so fucked up that it felt good. it was downright nasty. I already wanted to quit after my 2nd 5 reps on 200 when he yelled at me, while I was on the floor..panting and shaking, to get the fuck up and do it again. yes, i was really really exhausted already but he knows i can do more.

thanks azcech. i won't pretend that i can do numbers beyond those. sure, a spur of a moment that I did 200x2 but now I can't even bench 177. i think i'm rushing my lifts too much. so yeah, will kick it up with reps/sets for now

my oldest son used to play Soccer. He tried and tried but never really took to it. Just wasn't very good and it turned out Soccer wasn't his sport, however, he did go on to excel at other sports.

Just a thought:)
