about what % of your 1rm is 144? or what is your 1rm?

and i'd probably do the paused DB's instead of the incline machine if possible.
 
144 is around 70% of 1rm, which before...was 200.

the reason i do incline machines is because people tend to hug the incline sits and won't be leaving till they are done with their 20 sets of 20s. it is sad

note: the tension was crazy with all the bands. it was so nasty that even with only red/blue bands, i feel so sick, legs, back, core, calf, everything is fried. love it

rant: i took 5 vids of my bench and could have been more if not one of the so called trainers complained about not allowing cams inside the gym. if I recall, i already got vids from that gym almost everyday back then without anyone complaining. wtf man.

also, probably a new trainer, complained too about the camera being set up on 4 stacks of step-ups and placed between the smith machine. i said, 'i want to see my form)

after benching, he complained about my form, saying i'll get a spine fracture if I kept my form and told me to lay flat on the bench and bench half-way then push up. I honestly could have sworn i heard PB screaming and whacking that trainer with an 800 loaded bar across the room in my head. geez man
