how you set the chain up for deads? just drape the chain on the bar and pull?
pullinbig said:we got a ring that slips over the bar and we hook the chains up to it. chains to the outside edge of the bar so the weight dont sit on the chains. pin them up to half length and pull off a 3" board for now. theres a little chain left on the floor but not much. i'll get some clips up soon. i keep forgetting to carry the camera to the gym. =0l
