squats 325# + 165# chains 2 x 8reps, raw no belt
leg press 980# x 10, 1160# x 10, 1340# x 10
abductors 150# X 25
adductors 150# x 25
seated abs 2 x 20reps
reverse hyper 4plts + purple bands x 20
sled work
 
we have 6' x 1/2" chains. 5 per side for all movements. i just pin them up so that each chain is just barley touching when i am at lock out. so there is still at least half the chain weight at the bottom. is this what you wanted to know? :D

flat bench close grip 185# + 165# chains, 205 + chains, 225 + chains x 6reps
db flat bench hammer grip 100# x 8, 110# x 8, 120# x 8
v bar push downs 250# x 6, 230# x 8
wide grip push downs 250# x 6, 230# x 8
db side laterals 30# x 8, 35# 2 x 8reps
pull a parts green band 2 x 15reps

i understand what you are saying
i bought 3/8" i use as feeder and then drape 5/8" chain from that..
i set it up yest for bench so that most of it deloads on the chest
 
for speed work i keep the weight the same to keep bar speed up then with the chain its hitting the lockout more

sounds almost the same as yours just a little different set up
 
its different than bands for sure. we gonna play with the chains for a while and see what happens. we using them on deads, bench and squats. still using bands for assistance work and some benching. dem thangs is handy. :D
 
im gonna talk to the guys at my gym see if i cn leave my chain somewhere..im just worried some chick is gonna be like wtf and have them thrown out lol..

i wanted to do some pulls against bands but i have a huge gash in one of my mini bands..

how you set the chain up for deads? just drape the chain on the bar and pull?

we got a ring that slips over the bar and we hook the chains up to it. chains to the outside edge of the bar so the weight dont sit on the chains. pin them up to half length and pull off a 3" board for now. theres a little chain left on the floor but not much. i'll get some clips up soon. i keep forgetting to carry the camera to the gym. =0l

coll thats how i was gonna rig them up
and pull of a block as well

you using the chains to break a platuea or just in your workout.i kinda know the reasoning behind the chains but not really.

just playing around with them to what happens mainly.

close grip for us is pinkies on the rings. its more of a medium grip.
