add zinc to you regimen as far from the calcium as possible to help that immune system
 
thanks guys. feeling much better now. 6 days rest til the meet. prolly squat light tomorrow night and a very light bench tuesday then its on for the weekend.
 
havent had a shake in over a month. normally i just eat. sometimes i drink them and sometimes i dont.

thanks, yup full power later this year hopefully. love to do full power at the seniors next year. i am a full power guy its just worked out on bench only for the last 2 meets. kinda sad too cause my bench is my worst lift. :D

but it has given me time to work on it so theres a positive.

have another bench only in sept locally. then hope to find a full meet nearby later in the year. wifes health is a big key on my training for full power.
