i do deads outside and i tell ya i can relate because it is almost always around 95 or so here in the summer. lots of chalk. good work bro.

we trained inside where its nie and cool. the sled work was outside in this NC het and humididty.

no strong-man so far. kyle has done a couple and did very well.

seated abs 2 x 20reps
45° hypers blue band 2 x 15reps
HS high rows 10plts 2 x 8reps
db curls 40# x 12, 45# x 12

is that the order you did your workout ?(if so) just curious as to why u do abs after deads and then go back to other back work?
 
back was a little tight after deads so seated abs loosens me up. i normally list routine in the order i do it.

also misjudged the weight on pulls tonight. i was supposed to get 2x6reps on these. as you can see i didnt make it. after rep 3 i had to rechalk and only got one more. rep 5 didnt make it. :D try again in 2 weeks.

these done with the chains the way we had them setup is 675ish at the bottom and 750ish at lockout. twas heavy. =0l

shirted bench 405# 3 x 5reps
truck pull

started with new shirt today, fits very nicely. 9 weeks out from bench meet.
 
had my karins altered to fit like its sposed to fit. its completely diff now. 2" out of chest plate and we started doing bis 1xw a few weeks ago so the sleeves have tightened up as well. ill be surprised if 550 will touch. got 405 within about 4" one time out of 15 reps. and i was trying to touch as hard as i could. =0l

and mr rontonio, truck pull was very different than the sled work. pulled an excursion up an incline for about 50-60 yards. blew my groceries and was glad it was over. next week we gonna hook a trailer up behind it to make it heavier. =0l

we're gonna do sled work on tues and truck pulls on fri after bench sessions. me and kyle were the only ones to pull the distance btw. :D

biggest thing i noticed is how draining it is on cardio. i was gasping for air when i was done, big time.

and no puddy stuff later on either.

i think the chest plate on my inzer is tom big as well but im in no hurry to get it taken in ive got the Viking that hits hard but it would be nice to have a comp fit denim to try out..maybe ill have it taken in well see

had mine taken down to 11" from 13". amazing difference. i have trouble getting my hands on the bar properly

that kyle almost got a herniated disk pulling me up on the sixth rep. i beleive his exact words were "oh shit". if it had been a pound more we prolly still be pinned to the floor at the gym. =0l

good spotters are a rare breed. glad i have one.
