what you do for the rotators?
also do you do it often i think its te first time ive seen you list it anyway?

ever since i stopped doing the ballistic speed work and started doing rotator work i havent had one shoulder problem...knock on wood
:)

yup i do them 1xw normally. hadnt been listing it frequently. i was doing dc shoulder stretch too after rotator work. hadnt done those the last few weeks. need to start back. shoulders have been doing good as of late.

i use the cable machine and do the typical rotations. in, out, up, down. light weight for 25 reps or so on each one. takes about 5 minutes. think i used 20# last time.

i dont do alot of speed work, just every once in a while. I try to be explosive out of the hole without sacrificing form on most movements, esp the big three. Im still learning as i go along like everyopne else. :D

im fresh and feel strong right now. the chains are much easier on the system than the bands for the big 3. 12 days i till put my shirt on. if i can touch anything, bigger #s should be mine.

we have had some brutal sessions the last couple of weeks with brett and kyle. gonna start training with travis and ox 2 or 3 times per month on squat day. cant help but get stronger around that crowd. they got some guys hittin huge #s in that gym who havent competed much so nobody has really heard of them. just like the guy who won the 220 seniors this year, tony adkins. he trains with travis and ox. came out of no where to take the trophy. ox was 2nd. chris cook's training pard chris clark is a big strong shw who is making some big #s as well. he took a couple of years off just to train and not compete in full power. he'll be impressive 1st meet back. could possible go 2400. not too mention that kyle and brett are stronger than ever in the gym. next couple of years gonna be interesting to see how it unfolds. travis will tell you right now that kyle is the one who is his comp in the now and future in the 220s. not sure how long ktyle gona be able to keep making weight though. hes the biigest 220er i ever seen. :D

damn i wrote a book. =0l

low 290s and holding. need to lose another 10lbs in the next few months so i can easliy make 275 for full power meets but be 285ish on meet day. i was 298 at the seniors.

sled work this afternoon after lifting in the heat tired my ass out. may hav ebeen below 290 after that. kyle wants to start pulling trucks one day per week and sled work the other. fine by me. he pulled a f-250 and did sled work today as he didnt bench with us, sore shoulder.

all that pasta and cold beer getting good to ya?

shit we gonna pass each other fo long.
