nice session
you gonna stick with this format for a bit?

yeah. adding 30lbs/w on shirt work. looking like it may be high 5s before i can get anything to touch. i can touch less if i move my groove lower but im stronger with a higher groove. so right now just trying to hit my spot everytime and let the shirt adjust to me. (thats the plan anyway). you know how finiky shirts are.

cutting back on raw work on tuesdays a bit too over the next several weeks.

7/17/05 sun:
ECBB travis worked with us on dead lift form.
so we really didn’t work out per say.
worked up to a single on bottom up zerchers. 455#, To deep for my tall ass.
they all munchins.
deads from floor. 625 single. Missed 700 raw again damnit
form work on deads, travis adjusted me a bit and showed me a couple things.
pulls off 4" blocks (weight on bocks) 3 x 5reps 545#
GHr. First time ever doing these. They are tougher than I thought they'd be.
truck pull/push.

i am ordering a ghr for my gym. those things toe my hammies up. NYBB has one for 300 bucks. anyone know of a better deal?

are you paying for it or is the gym?
if your not paying i think its worth to get the better made ghr especially with the wide toe plate..

aside from that NYBB is the only less expensive one i know of..
also check with jcp( since hes a fatty as well, and has te nybb ghr) just to make sure that machine is stable when us bigger fellas climb on it :)

that one is from nybb BB.

and yeah im buying it. our oner is building a new bigger better building right now so i aint gonna bug him over 300 bucks.,

glute ham raise.
That one you posted is space-age technology compared to the one I've been using. The one at my ggym has no footplate. Then again, at my old gym I was doing them with my feet wedged under a loaded barbell. JCP2 tells me what I'm doing is called a "natural g/h raise" - allegedly tougher than with the footplate.

7/19/05 tues:
pinkies on rings flat bench 235# + 165# chains x 4(2), 225# + chains 4(1)
flat DB hammer grip 130# x 4
abs x 20
cable push downs 250# x 6, 7
db front raises 30# x 10, sides 30# x 10
pull-a-part green 2 x 20reps
truck pull/push

ok im slightly overtrained. change things up next week on raw bench day. i wanted to see how many weeks i could go hitting the cahins on chest work before they got me. a bit longer than the bands took. prolly just do some raw pause work for a couple/few weeks. im about 7 1/2 weeks out from the next bench meet so we'll be cutting volume back on raw day anyway and adding more board work on shirt day. travis wants to come train some shirt work with us and have us keep coming up there to train deads/squats. im a lucky bitch :D

reverse hypers and 45° hypers with bands in the video section. dont have the ghr but im sure you can search the web for a clip.

so basicly instead of breaking at the waist you put your upper thigh on the pad and go from paralell to floor with upper body to perpendicular to floor with upper body?
