pullinbigs training log.

11/14/05 mon:
squats full gear, 330k (727#) x 1, 350k (771#) 2 x 1reps
leg press 1340# x 20
ad/abductors 235# 25ea.
GHR 3 x 5reps

tweaked my right hammy last night on ghr. tried them a different way that was a lot tougher. may have to take this weeks dead/posterior session off to heal up. i'll know whats up thursday. it may be a blessing in disguise, we trying to kill each other in the gym lately. =0l

805# 1.5 years ago, this is the first time i suited up since then. im very interested to see where im at on my squats. ill find out over the next few weeks. =0l

paused bench pinkies on ring, 375# 3 x 1reps
paused db bench 150# x 4
seated ab machine 110# 2 x 50reps

looks like it. my progression is to up it 20k/week til my last squat before the meet. if it all works out that'll be 904 12 days out from the meet.

727, 771, 816, 860, 904.

we'll see what this old body can do.

btw i looked up my recoreds for the masters2 308 apf national records.

squat 915
bench 600
dead 738
total 2105

these are all doable, course so is bombing out. :D

as long as i get my 1871 to qualify for the seniors its all gravy after that.

but its like you said-when you get to such a high level its te tiniest of things that make a huge difference-make it happen Bubba

rack pulls 2" below knee 675# x 1 raw w/belt hammie tightened up so I stopped
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 8reps
face pulls wide grip 240# x 8, 255# x 6
 
looking strong as ever pullinbig, I love racks, but i am actually switching racks with sldl(2x5) tomorrow cant wait.
 
Hey bubba
when you say 2" below the knee is that taken when standing straight or when you actually get to the bar and pull from a crouched position?
